JOHNSON & JOHNSON FOUNDATION SCOTLAND
The Johnson & Johnson Foundation Scotland (previously the Johnson & Johnson Corporate Citizenship Trust founded 2007) is responsible for managing Johnson & Johnson’s Global Community Impact programs and activities across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Johnson & Johnson Foundation Scotland is a registered charity and a company limited by guarantee. The Foundation is funded by the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies through Johnson & Johnson Global Community Impact (GCI) and Johnson & Johnson Operating Companies in EMEA.
OPERATIONAL STRUCTURE & MANAGEMENT
- The Foundation is managed by a Board of Directors consisting of 14 senior Johnson & Johnson leaders from across the enterprise.
- The Directors are responsible for overseeing the affairs of the Foundation and ensuring that it delivers on its mandate. The day-to-day operations of the Foundation are managed by the EMEA GCI team who have personal responsibilities for specific strategic areas.
- The EMEA GCI team is supported by a wider network of Johnson & Johnson professionals who operate at the local country level and provide support and advice to the Foundation on matters related to corporate social responsibility (CSR).
